Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all promotional gifts and samples included with the purchase are also returned.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our laboratory verifies the condition of the returned products, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
